As an Americas Readiness Program Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating all Operations Readiness activities for product launches, projects, promotions and programs. Job Responsibilities include:o Coordinate readiness activities between Customer/Sales Support, Product Admin, SDM, Logistics, MDM, OEM, Online Store, Retail and Complianceo Own and manage AMR Readiness POR, program plans and timelines to support all business channelso Facilitate cross-functional meetingso Work collaboratively with the WW Readiness team and with global counterparts o Gather/disseminate information as appropriate to ensure all business groups are prepared for upcoming activitieso Partner with business owners and finance to develop customer strategies for product transitions, gain approval and publish final plano Track success of transition plans including customer reactions/choices, CPO, CSAT, etc.o Create/distribute agent materials needed for product launches, promotions and programso Prepare and maintain all information related to Order By/Deliver By programso Own customer emails, gaining appropriate approvalso Partner with promotions team to support rebate fulfillmento Enable/oversee the rapid execution of changes in messaging, set up, or transition plans due to late-breaking changes to the PORExperience/Skills Required:o BA/BS plus 5 - 7 years experience preferredo Project/program management experienceo Manufacturing, logistics, supply chain or order management experience a pluso Working knowledge of SAPo Excellent presentation and communication skillso Detail orientedo Team playero Strong work ethic Perk #56: New ways to stretch your mind.
