Analyst/Documentation Specialist

Jacquette Consulting, a rapidly growing employee-owned company based in Malvern, PA is seeking an analyst and documentation specialist for an engagement at the local headquarters of a global financial services company. This role includes:

- Managing the development of documentation for the Service Level Management program, including development of detailed technical documentation about infrastructure services.
- Representing Information Technology Infrastructure as an interface with Enterprise Architecture, IT Security and Compliance, and the Project Management Office.
- Authoring strategic documents, policies, and persuasive papers for the Chief Technology Officer and infrastructure management.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., computer science, engineering) or communications field (e.g., English, journalism), have 3+ years experience as a technical analyst and 3+ years experience writing documentation, strong skills in the use of Microsoft Word (templates, styles, etc.) and Visio, strong written and verbal communications skills, the ability to present material in different formats. 

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated ability to work well with a wide range of technical and management staff, will have demonstrated ability to work with and across various departments in a large organization to gather information, and will be familiar with IT infrastructure technology and have the ability to independently research topics in the infrastructure area. Experience in the financial services sector a plus, experience working for a global organization a plus.
