Application Analyst (CareAdvance)

Description: The general purpose of this job is to provide accurate and timely application support for TriZetto’s CareAdvance customers. Duties: • Manage and support CareAdvance application issues identified by both our licensed and hosted customers. • Work with the Hosting Team in Greenwood Village to assist with troubleshooting and follow-up activities. • Help support the Professional Services Implementation Consultants and Trainers where applicable. • Work with Software Engineers to recreate and analyze system problems. • Track issue resolution and correspond with customers and internal departments. • Record and update all reported CareAdvance issues in the Onyx CRM system. • Help customers to upgrade to new releases of CareAdvance. • Assist with the development of system enhancements as required. • Utilize client experiences and testing scenarios to contribute to a CareAdvance knowledge base. • Assist other internal departments where applicable. • Keep management informed of critical customer problems and changing priorities. • Other related duties as required. • This position requires an undergraduate degree. Candidates must be analytical, solution-oriented, possess superior communication (both written and verbal) and time-management skills. Strong people skills, Windows applications and general PC knowledge required. Previous experience in HealthCare and Information Technology preferred.
