These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, help desk services, and HR.  We not only maintain key business functions for clients, we constantly seek to improve them to help our clients move ahead of the competition.  Most of our people in Services are based in long-term positions at a client location, an Accenture Delivery Center or, in some cases, an Accenture office. People within the Client Operations workgroup are responsible for the day to day provision of long term outsourcing services to one or several clients. Client Operations is where the majority of Services people reside and, typically, people in the workgroup are based permanently at a client location. Job Description: The Application Engineer will engage in the following activities:  Interact with project managers and team members to fine tune requirements and data integration points for PMO processes Design support applications to integrate all data related to management processes to create financial, weekly and monthly reports, and scorecards Design collateral processes, automating and integrating them with the MS Project Server application Create or modify customized reports using SQL Reporting Services, KPI / Scorecards, Portfolio Analyzer, Project Center, and .Net technologies Responsibilities:   Coordinate / oversee application design, development, testing, and implementation with the objective of integrating PMO processes and data flows to include financial tracking, management tools, planning, scheduling, earned value management, and time reporting Define processes and procedures for implemented tools Coordinate development of reports that support analysis Design integrated process and data flows to capture and integrate PMO processes Design and implement applications to support processes integrated with Project Server, Cobra, and PMO applications Create / modify SQL reporting server reports, KPI /scorecards, portfolio analyzer reports, and project server reports Implement, test, and rollout reports and integration processes Create technical documentation Resolve technical problems Interact with technical architecture team to maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot PMO servers and related infrastructure Implement project server PDS / PSI technologies  Qualifications  Basic Qualifications:  3 years experience with .NET Technologies (ASP.net or C#) 3 years experience with SQL and Stored Procedures Bachelor's degree Preferred Skills:   InfoPath System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 and Windows SharePoint Server (WSS) Data Modeling Web Services Content Management Server, SQL Server including SQL Analysis, Integration, and Reporting Services SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) Understanding of modeling workflows and developing portal solutions based on the workflows KPI and Business Intelligence dashboard development Excel Services Experience with Windows Servers in a network environment  To submit resume online Click Here Candidates who are currently employed by a client of Accenture or an affiliated Accenture business may not be eligible for consideration.
