Aprimo is seeking an Application Server Administrator who works as a part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced company. While the role is truly one of an individual contributor, a high degree of interaction and teamwork are required to be effective in the role. The qualified candidate will possess excellent technical and organizational skills.

Specific duties include:

1. Work with Aprimo customers, Aprimo Customer Care and Aprimo Professional Services in the web hosting of Aprimo Marketing applications.
2. Install, configure, maintain, tune and administer application servers
- Evaluates, installs, and tests systems/network hardware and software
- Integrates software platform and other information systems
- Maintains data, software and hardware security and emergency procedures
- Runs necessary system backups
- Apply application patcher and updates
3. Serves as troubleshooter on basic application server-related issues.
4. Be a key contributor in the development and evolution of Aprimo Managed Services.

 - Ability to work either Sunday-Thursday 2pm-11pm or Monday-Friday 2pm-11pm
- Associates degree in computer science preferred
- Entry level position requiring less than 18 months of experience in application server administration or a related field.
- Understanding and experience with Windows Server operating system technologies
- Knowledge of concepts of data storage and backup hardware and software
- Experience with local area networks and wide area networks. Good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP.
- Experience with active directory
- Strong analytical skills and problem solving ability, the ability to multi-task under periodically hectic working conditions.
- Knowledge of SQL in a windows environment will be given additional consideration
- Understanding of windows .NET web-based application concepts will be given additional consideration
