Professional Experience
Five years experience in at least one of the following is required: Sales, Consulting, software application implementation, and customer requirement mapping within all areas of Technology. A minimum of 3 years of successful experience is required in a direct sales capacity, with a proven track record of exceeding quota
Primary Personal AttributesMust be highly articulate and able to present clearly and effectively to different levels of an organization, including executive-levelIndustry experience in Facilities Management, Enterprise Asset Management, Construction Project Management, or Real Estate Management is preferredExperience in sales of CMMS or CAFM technology solutions is preferredAbility to translate the business values of software solutions to a non-technical audience
Duties and ResponsibilitiesIdentify and define the prospect's business requirements, and create a business case that supports the use of TRIRIGA technologiesProvide continuous communication with prospects to reinforce and sell the value of the TRIRIGA solutionProvide business justification to prospects through follow up interactionsDevelopment of pipeline through personal calling, trade show and industry group participation, RFP/requirements documents and other similar activitiesMaintains one's own professional development and presentation skills, including continuous learning of new TRIRIGA products/technologies, and communicating experiences and solutions to colleagues

EDUCATION
Bachelor's (undergraduate) degree or equivalent experience preferably in technical field
