Assistant Controller – IPO 2008

We are assisting a leading technology company with the recruitment for an Assistant Controller. Our client has the intention to file an IPO this year pending market conditions. The assistant controller will work closely with the Corporate Controller and CFO on managing the accounting organization involving the day-to-day accounting operations, which includes the general ledger, financial statements, supervising AP, AR and revenue accounting.

We are looking for an experienced accounting manager or assistant controller with strong accounting management and supervisory experience and the ability to be hands on. Must have experience working in a fast and dynamic work environment in a high growth company. Previous experience with a tier I ERP system, such as Oracle11i, SAP or Peoplesoft is a plus.

 

Compensation range: $110,000 to $140,000 base + stock options.
