Associate Software Engineers are constantly challenged to deliver creative, imaginative solutions for highly complex technical issues. Under the guidance of a Senior Engineer or Architect, an Associate Engineer is provided the opportunity to learn and grow by working with a team of talented and experienced Software Engineers. Responsibilities:·  Provide prompt and consistent support to all of the enterprise applications & systems.·  Perform impact analysis, research products, and establish standards that support the company’s needs.·  Work closely & effectively with various departments to identify and resolve issues.·  Create technical documentation of installation/configuration procedures.·  Make recommendation as needed to improve functionality, performance, enterprise impacts, and standards compliance.·  Work effectively with the IT staff to standardize environment and improve efficiency. Requirements:·  Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.·  2 - 3 years of experience specifically in system integration, deployment and maintenance of application packages such as: Accounting, MS-CRM, SharePoint, and MS-SQL. ·  1 - 2 years of development experience in C#, ASP.NET, Visual Studio .NET, etc.·  Some experience with web based application development / integration.·  Some database & T-SQL experience, preferably with SQL Server 2005. ·  Good understanding of Microsoft Operating Systems, Exchange and Active Directory.·  Some familiarity with Microsoft CRM & SharePoint is desirable.  TT is committed to providing an environment where highly talented, challenge-hungry people thrive.
