We are currently seeking an exceptionally bright, motivated, resourceful individual to take on an Associate Consultant (Jr. Business Analyst) role with our organization in San Jose, CA.

 

General Responsibilities:

 

• Provide business and technical consulting to Intersect clients

• Requirements gathering

• Self-motivated to learn new technologies

• Develop critical skills for reading and comprehending documentation

• Data quality analysis, testing and implementation using industry leading enterprise tools

• Eagerness to learning more about data warehousing

• Develop creative approaches to accomplish difficult assigned tasks

• Perform other tasks that support the success and growth of the firm

 

Qualifications:

 

• Bachelor’s degree in related area of study

• Minimum of 1- 2 years business analysis, consulting or related experience (preferably within a large IT or consulting environment,"Big Firm" experience is a plus)

• General knowledge of industry leading database technologies

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Self-motivated and proactive in achieving individual and team objectives
