B2B Inside Sales Job Description:

TeamDynamix is a software firm that provides project management, project portfolio management, and IT governance software solutions to mid-market businesses and services firms.

Summary:

This position is a B2B inside sales position focused on contacting and engaging executive level decision makers within mid-sized companies ($50MM - $5B) across the U.S.  Through heavy outbound call activity the junior account executive will market the TeamDynamix suite of software solutions and uncover new sales opportunities.  The position not only offers an immense amount of growth within TeamDynamix but in terms of earning potential as well.

Candidate Profile:  The ideal candidate will have most if not all of the following attributes;

§ An extremely diligent, intelligent, and highly organized individual with some sales and or marketing experience.  (recent college graduates will be strongly considered as well).

§ A strong desire to increase their earning potential as well as further their career.

§ Thrives in a competitive and demanding environment.

§ Someone who is eager and willing to learn new skills and concepts.

§ Posses superior communication and analytical skills, and is extremely extroverted.

§ Additionally a strong work ethic, and persistence are imperative to being successful within this role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

§ Responsibility for contacting identified sales prospects for TeamDynamix solutions within assigned vertical markets.

§ Daily outbound cold- calling via phone (100 + phones calls per day) as well as follow up activity through phone and email.

§ Research of potential clients / prospects as well as gathering and logging information about specific companies.

Education/Experience:

§ Bachelor’s Degree Preferred

§ Some experience in; marketing, telesales, or customer support preferred.

§ Demonstrated familiarity with MS Office applications and Internet required.

Travel:
Little or no travel is anticipated for this position.

Compensation:
The Junior Account Executive position compensation is a combination of base salary plus commission. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and performance in the position.
