Backgrond Screening/Support Analyst

Domin-8 Enterprise Solutions, a fast-growing, innovative software solutions company is seeking a Support Analyst to provide customer service and technical support to all clients using our background screening services.

This role will:

*Review risk management profiles (rental criteria) with customers to define required criteria

*Perform end-user training across multiple software platforms

*Assist customers with software set-up

*Make follow-up calls to customers once training has been completed

*Report bugs/enhancement requests and drive resolutions

*Work with Development when necessary to ensure customer related issues are resolved

*Offer input for continuous process improvement to ensure our training and customer follow-up is effective and efficient

The ideal candidate will have:

*High-level of experience with all Microsoft Office tools

*2-3 years proven customer service experience, preferably in a customer training role

*Strong verbal and written communication skills

*Ability to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction

*Ability to quickly learn new software and train end users

*Ability to analzye and solve complex problems

*A team-player attitude

*Experience with Property Management tools such as Yardi, Real Page, etc. is a plus

*Bachelor's degree preferred
