Hyland Software operates in over 40 countries, and is always searching for candidates who are fluent in a secondary language. Bilingual Opportunities are available for any of the following languages, a native level of writing is preferred:

Arabic
Chinese (Mandarin)
Italian
Korean


Bilingual Documentation Translators research and maintain an understanding of the OnBase product so the following content can be translated accurately:

Software Strings
Reference Guides
Screen Shots
Flow Charts
Help Files
Training Material
Web sites


Other responsibilities include occasionally testing the software to ensure accuracy and consistency, identifying problems and suggesting revisions. Job will include translation from English to the target language, and further documentation. Previous technical writing or translation experience is preferred but not required.

Requirements include: excellent skills in English, writing and communication. Experience is preferred (not required) for MS Windows, Adobe FrameMaker, and Translation Memory Software (Trados, Idiom, etc). Strong computer skills are needed. Two years post-secondary education or equivalent experience are required.
