The Service Delivery/Operations capability focuses on the attributes or skills essential to providing the necessary services and solutions to the client, the client’s employees or the client’s customers in fulfillment of contractual obligations agreed upon by both parties. Job Description - Billing Collections Lead The Collections Lead is responsible for coordinating collections activities as directed by the collections policy.  This includes administering and managing the collection efforts across team members, performing account investigations, resolving vendor disputes, escalating vendors to P&C and ITS, monitoring aging data, ensuring that vendor requests are being handled in a reasonable amount of time, and serving as the primary escalation point for collections related matters.  This role will also be responsible for working with the Supplier Relationship Manager to analyze billing reports to ensure the accuracy and comprehensiveness of the billing effort.  Ensure adherence to collections policy and identify potential process improvements Coordinate collections efforts across the billing and collections teams Supervise collection team members including work estimating and resource planning Coordinate the delivery and verification of collections notices Administer the Collection Challenge Proactively contact vendors regarding past due balances Interact with State Agency contacts to escalate vendors with past due balances Provide collections reports/status to the management team Coordinate the investigation, resolution and response to collections related Problems/Questions/Requests (PQR) received via phone, email or fax Respond to detailed vendor requests regarding collections Act as escalation point for all collections related matters Perform Accounts Receivable functions within financial system Assist team members in resolving and closing tickets as needed Interacts with clients and other teams to meet needs related to Client applications Demonstrate knowledge of and routinely use Help Desk software and telephony packages correctly Ensure adherence to team processes and procedures and identifies need for new procedures Work with the Supplier Relationship Manager to analyze billing reports to ensure the accuracy and comprehensiveness of the billing effort Escalate issues to the Supplier Relationship Manager as needed Qualifications  Basic Qualifications:  3 years minimum Microsoft Excel and Access Skills 3 years minimum Billing/Collections Experience 4 year degree  Preferred Skills:  Oracle Financials  Strong Attention to Detail Ability to set and balance multiple priorities, meeting key project deadlines Extensive verbal and written vendor interactions   To submit resume online Click Here  Candidates who are currently employed by a client of Accenture or an affiliated Accenture business may not be eligible for consideration.
