Blackberry Network Administration

This is a 40 hour per week ON SITE POSITION (8 month CONTRACT)

The goal of the contract position in the Systems and Technology group is to handle the day-to-day system administration and issues that arise with MXP and Mobile Task Automation (MTA using BlackBerry). This person will field all incoming live calls and email requests related to this day-to-day support.

Warehouse Inquiries
Paging Issues
Technician Master Setup
Standby Technician Setup
Serial Territory Code Maintenance
MXP Help Desk Support
Credit/Replacement Inquiries
All Functionality issues
Equipment Status Reconciliation
MXP Service Code Maintenance
MXP Field Territory Realignment – As needed
MXP Help Desk and Field Force Enhancement – Validation and Testing
Support New Product Launches
Sets Up New Account Requests
Generates Monthly PM report
Follow-up on daily/monthly exception Reports
Support Yearly Disaster Recovery Testing
Add of New Service Codes into MXP
Maintain Call Subject, Call Area and Action Taken tables in MXP
Update Online Call Validation Programs twice per year

Future Responsibilities (Training Required)

Cognos 8 Ad Hoc Query tools to Support Global Data Mart
Blackberry MTA and CTS Support

 

Local candidates only. Must have good communications skills. This is NOT a help desk role -  This IS Systems Administrator position supporting a proprietary clilent system. COGNOS is a huge plus (not required). Must be detail oriented and focused on accuracy and quality.

 

PLEASE NOTE, DUE TO CLIENT RESTRICTIONS, THE MAXIMUM PAY RATE IS: $34.00/HR. w2 OR $59,000.00 WITH BENEFITS.
