General Overview of the position:

To assist the global community manager to build / cultivate an active community around our Boxed Product titles by working with our established press and community partners. To assist with the identification and implementation of appropriate acquisition & retention strategies that will spearhead all associated community activities / initiatives. To organize/prepare in particular Northern territories' community activity and communications for the European audiences. To assist with development, translation and continual updating of European portal.

 

Main duties and responsibilities:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

1.      Pre-release

·        To assist the global community manager to build & cultivate an active community surrounding our applicable Boxed Product title.

·        Proactively assist the global community manager to identify key acquisition & retention strategies for your relevant territory to raise the community profile of our Boxed Product game. 

·        Create an extensive online presence within their allocated territory for our Boxed Product title via our established network of community partners.

·        Work with our key community news portals and proactively drive awareness / activity for the duration of the lifecycle of the project.

·        Moderate all game related public forums.

·        Assist the global community manager with the management of community access to the BETA/demo and all associated activities.

·        Assist with creation of key marketing materials including movies, screenshots, lore, Q&As, artwork etc.

·        Assist the global community manager with the development and updating of centralized Boxed Product gaming portal site.

 

 

2.      Post-release

·        Proactively feedback gameplay related issues from the relevant territory through appropriate methods to our associated development teams.

·        Retain our core-established community through ongoing news, events and appropriate community activities.

·        Continue to build / cultivate the community and ensure news items are placed with our key Boxed Product community partners.

·        Assist the global community manager with the development and updating of centralized Boxed Product gaming portal site.

·        Together with the global community and marketing teams, develop appropriate strategies for the release of new game related information if applicable.

 

3.      Other

·        Be the public community face of the project.

·        Providing media, exhibition and other demonstrations and presentations of the game.

·        Conducting online and offline interviews for the game.

·        Attendance at all key gaming events.

·        Assist with PR & marketing duties associated with the game.
