Business Analyst-Database Integrator/Implementor-Crystal Reports

Align Communications has developed the Asset Point software suite, the most complete Data Center management tool on the market. This product is marketed and sold to corporations with large data center operations, with a concentration in the financial services sector.

We are looking for Business Analyst/Database Integration analyst with strong technology skills as well as expertise in large scale IT Infrastructure. The integration analyst will be responsible for:

Integrating a robust IT Asset Management application with a variety of existing systems deployed within Global 2000 IT Service Delivery organizations Interface Development utilizing proprietary tools, database, file, and services based architectures Creating Reports in Crystal Reports to ensure full benefit of integrated data and to create enhanced functionality from the core system

Qualifications:

· 2-5 years of technical experience in IT Service delivery

· Experience in a technical capacity in IT Service Delivery department or at software/consulting firms targeting the IT management industry

· Familiarity with industry leading Asset Management, Financial, Procurement, Auto-discovery, Help Desk and Intelligent Infrastructure Management Systems

· Integration of Tivoli service desk suite of tools/Remedy/Peregrine/Maximo or similar

· Fundamental understanding of IT Service Delivery Processes

· Strong relational database skills (Sybase, Oracle, SQL Server)

· Minimum 2 years Crystal Reports Experience

· High-Energy, creative, and disciplined

· Strong communication skills

· Solid quantitative, analytical, process development, facilitation and organizational skills required

· Ability to handle confidential information with diplomacy and tact

· Must have an understanding of or ability to quickly grasp technology concepts

· Interest in expanding technical capabilities and learning development skills in new technologies

· Travel likely required (average less than 50%)

· Experience/exposure to financial services industry a plusBachelors Degree (Computer Science Preferred) or equivalent experience
