Position Description:

The company designs, develops, and supports a comprehensive suite of information products for hospitals and laboratories that include laboratory, radiology, and pharmacy systems. Sunquest uses open systems that are scalable to any size hospital or healthcare network.This position is responsible for performing data analysis and reports required for supporting and improving company performance, processes, and strategies working in and with our Sales organization.Duties:• Create and improve weekly and monthly reports and analysis of measurement data.• Obtain necessary data required to complete analysis in support of key strategic initiatives. • Identify, research and report on the causes for fluctuations outside of anticipated parameters.• Perform analysis of operational areas and develop business metrics to support measurement and monitoring of organizational productivity, efficiency and quality.• Track trends that are directly related to strategic direction.• Facilitate progress on Operational Imperatives through direct support, data analysis, monitoring, and reporting of project accomplishments to appropriate stakeholders.• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of departmental operations and procedures. Suggests areas of and/or lead efforts for continuous process improvement.

Qualifications:
