Business Analyst - Securities Lending

Job ID: 522Position Description: Responsible for providing end-to-end Business Analysis and User Interface Designs for Securities Lending technology and business initiatives. Documents detailed functional requirements, workflow processes and user interface designs for an industry leading ASP platform. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact with business users to gather and validate business requirements for new UI designs and system enhancements while keeping users informed and engaged throughout the entire project lifecycle.This individual will be responsible for developing thorough usability-focused business requirements and UI designs for enhancements and new development. The individual will be responsible for communicating requirements to the Development and QA technology teams ensuring proper translation of business requirements into coherent technical designs. Position Requirements:•Experience in Securities Lending or Brokerage Operations.•Very strong business analysis and UI design skills.•Strong experience with requirements development methodologies. •Ability to translate business requirements into data and process models. •Strong experience documenting detailed, high quality functional requirements for complex business functions•Bachelor's degree in business, technology or related field. •Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle, including user acceptance testing and implementation.•Strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.•PC proficient including knowledge of process workflow tools and techniques. .
