We seek a Business Analyst to specialize in CRM Solutions for our Glastonbury, CT office.

In this role, you will provide product expertise and specifications for Our Development Group. You will also coordinate communications between QA, Developers, Customer Support, Product Management, Training and Documentation.

As a Business Analyst, you will:organize and document outstanding development project requirements work with the product management team and develop business requirements and have them reviewed by all appropriate parties before features are designed write and coordinate detailed functional/design specifications for projects within the development organization review development deliverables to ensure that specifications are met assist in Production Support in the form of issue duplication, issue resolution, testing unit-test and system-test new functionality constantly review new ways to streamline and facilitate development, QA and release tasks document all release changes/enhancements using the standard company format

To qualify for this position, you must have: proven research and analytical skills experience with financial systems or customer relationship management systems (preferred) proven ability to multitask and work effectively in independent as well as team environments proven ability in preparing business requirements, functional specifications previous documentation and procedure-writing experience (very helpful) excellent technical aptitude and exceptional computer skills - MS Office, Word and Excel excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Please apply directly to this position at our Open Solutions career center.
