Business Analyst - Supply Chain / Inventory Management

Description Organization: Application Outsourcing Location: Milwaukee, WI People within the Client Operations-AO workgroup are responsible for the day-to-day provision of long-term outsourcing services to one or several clients. Client Operations is where the majority of Services people reside and, typically, people in the workgroup are based permanently at a client location.  Our AO resources can expect to:  Incorporate skills which support the programming, management and maintenance services required to implement and support new installations or maintain and improve existing legacy systems for our clients. Receive ongoing training to build and extend professional, technical and management skills in all areas Enjoy our comprehensive and generous benefits package  This Business Analyst will work on a strategic client within Accenture’s Client Operations-AO workgroup. Defines business requirements, processes, and functional design.  Acts as liaison between the business user and the technical team.  Prepares high-level plans for system test and implementation.  May additionally lead, supervise, and/or conduct business change management, training, and procedure writing activities for assigned areas. Ensures completed system is fit for its intended use.  Qualifications  Basic Qualifications:  2 or more years of experience defining business requirements, process and functional designs to support the development and/or configuration of an application 2 or more years of experience with writing use cases 2 or more years of experience with Supply Chain Inventory Management processes (including materials management, material scheduling, inventory tracking, bill of materials, interplant transfers, etc.)  Preferred Qualifications:  Agile SDLC Experience Experience with UML Exposure to SAP R/3, SRM and/or packaged/custom inventory management systems 2 years of Consumer Goods or Beverage manufacturing experience Professional Skill Requirements:  Strong communication skills Strong meeting leadership skills (objective setting, agenda, time management) To submit resume online Click Here  Candidates who are currently employed by a client of Accenture or an affiliated Accenture business may not be eligible for consideration.
