Business Consultants at CCC Information Services play a critical role in supporting the National Insurance Market Group. Leveraging their strategic consulting skills, they work with prospects and customers to understand pain points throughout the casualty insurance carriers claims organization. They evaluate processes and procedures, analyze trends, recommend solutions that impact cycle times, reduce costs, and or grow revenues.

 

 

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have a minimum of four to seven years of management consulting experience, preferably in a business-consulting environment. Experience serving casualty insurance industry clients is preferred. The candidate must be able to work well across functional and technology service groups. He/she will be a person of the highest integrity and will possess strong communication skills with an optimal mix of empathy and self-confidence. Successful candidates will generally possess the following qualifications:

 

·  A Bachelor’s Degree is required, however, MBA is highly preferred.

 

·  Ideal prospects for this role will possess at least two to three years of experience selling consulting or solutions.

 

·  They will have two to three years experience on strategic engagements.

 

·  It is critical that prospects being considered for this role have business development experience and a high comfort level presenting to CxO and VP levels.

 

·  The consulting professionals considered for this role will possess extensive, analytical skills, business process design and development experience.

 

·  It will be critical that the ideal candidate have the ability to analyze data and draw relevant conclusions from the analysis.

 

·  Experience with modeling and analytical tools required.
