Business Partnership Manager

TeleTracking Technologies, the world leader of patient flow automation solutions to the healthcare industry, is seeking an experienced Business Partnership Manager  for supporting and strengthening business relationships with existing and future technology and business partners. The Business Partnership Manager serves as the primary liaison between TeleTracking and technology/business partners, and works closely with internal technical resources to support 3rd party product integration efforts.This position is based at our Pittsburgh Headquarters.This position will travel approximately 25% of the time. Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Manage relationships with existing technology partners, ensuring consistent communication, training, and support occurs between the two parties.

2. Act as primary liaison between TeleTracking and business/technology partners, handling all partner communications, issue escalation, feedback and coordination

3. Support the development of new technology and business partnerships that further TeleTracking strategic goals and tactical product and service development activities

4. Support engagement between TeleTracking and partner technical teams in furtherance of technology integration and interoperability requirements

5. Diagnose and resolve any business or technology issues that arise between partner and TeleTracking, directly and/or in cooperation with TeleTracking and partner staff

6. Understand and be able to articulate the value of TeleTracking products and services to partnership prospects in furtherance of partnership exploration and development.

7. Support the negotiation and closure of agreements required to initiate and formalize business relationship, including Naas, joint support agreements, partnership agreement.

8. Act as primary source of information for TeleTracking staff including sales teams about partner initiatives

9. Develop and maintain relationships with key partner executives and stakeholders

10. Perform other duties, as required by Director, Product Management

The successful candidate will have a BS/BA or equivalent experience in business, marketing, engineering, computer science, or healthcare-related field. MBA highly desirable.  In addition, the candidate must have 5+ years experience in partnership/alliances development and management, channel marketing/management, business development, OEM sales, or product management for high-technology firms (software, hardware, services).  Healthcare software domain experience a plus.  Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple projects, set and meet deadlines, with minimal supervision, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is necessary to be successful in this position
