Title: Business Process Manager, ACE/PRM #64290 Location: San Rafael, CA Role/Purpose: Responsible for balancing the business expertise and operational excellence for post-go-live ACE/PRM (Autodesk Customer Experience / Partner Relationship Management and any such future initiatives) project management. Partners with Project Manager in ACE/PRM project design and development and then takes over management of ACE/PRM program on day-to-day basis. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Defines or supports the development of program strategy, design, development, and implementation to achieve objectives and support Business requirements Responsible for project managing all aspects of the ACE/PRM including: – Pre-production coordination – Management and coordination of business expectations – Collecting feedback on ACE/PRM improvement and setting priorities with the business – Communication between Business Owner(s) and Project (SP&O) team – Working on mock-up plans and ensuring project design is on track and as per expectations – Setting the ACE/PRM program expectations with Geos – Coordination with Geo Field Deployment Managers – Sign-offs on project deliverables – Leading the development of training plans and materials Day to day ownership and management of ACE/PRM programs Defines and sets SLAs (Service Level Agreements) with Geo Sales and Mktg team as well as back to back SLAs with IT services team for IT infrastructure support. Plays a lead role in coordinating with Geos on various aspects of the program such as data submission, reports, payment, issues, feedback etc. Analyzes program metrics and trends to evaluate success of overall program. Anticipates potential issues and implements appropriate improvements to ACE/PRM projects Monitors program policies and procedures for impact on channel relationships and to meet changing needs of partners and the business. Maintains the efficient and effective operation of the program by implementing changes as required. Works with Geo Field Deployment Managers on ACE/PRM improvement programs. Anticipates Interfaces with various functional groups, project teams and other stakeholders to effectively resolve issues and remove barriers to program success. Implements and improves procedures and processes to optimize program effectiveness Requirements: BA/BS from an accredited institution in Business or Marketing; plus minimum 5-7 years experience working in sales operations and/or program management roles Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple task and priorities Ability to influence a wide audience Outstanding communications skills analyzing and explaining an issue in a clear, concise, logical manner.
