Business Release Manager

CIBER is seeking the expertise of a Business Release Manager to coordinate with partners, the release of a new subscription service which provides essential software and services for consumers.  Responsibilities:· Coordinate the technical launch readiness with partners who will be distributing the product· Track and manage business requirements and spreadsheets coming from marketing· Generate, format, and distribute reports around business metrics (subscriptions, cancelations, renewals), operational metrics (install success rate, service failure rates, etc.), and support issues· Coordinate support readiness for the product and new releases · Collect information, format and distribute reports around outages· Coordinate globalization and localization of the productQualifications:· Prior experience from the business side in a Technical or Project Management role releasing shrink-wrapped and/or services software to market · Good communication and presentation skills· Ability to capture complex schedules and dependencies effectively· Ability to understand technical issues and collaborate effectively with other technical PM, Dev, and Test members · Ability to multi-task and to be self-drivenQualified candidates should send their MS Word resume to jllera@ciber.com or apply online through .  Please reference BRM-WA in the subject line.CIBER Employee Benefits We continuously strive to maintain a competitive benefits package, superior to other companies' programs in our industry.  At CIBER we believe our employees are our most valuable asset.
