You will be responsible for working in a team environment while implementing ERP systems into various companies in a variety of industries.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Driving out and documenting businesses’ functional requirements

Using best practices and industry knowledge to solve problems

Managing customer expectations and assisting with change management

Interfacing with peers to ensure our team is exceeding customer goals

Troubleshooting problems and formulating resolutions

Reporting status of work to both customer and fellow team members


Additional Skills & Competencies:

General knowledge of ERP software solutions

Industry knowledge in areas of accounting, supply chain, manufacturing, or job costing

Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance-related discipline or related industry knowledge

Strong time-management skills

Understanding of relational databases and use of SQL or query languages

Superior oral and written communications
