Business Systems Analyst - Project Coordinator

 

Hallmark Information Technology, Division of Hallmark TotalTech, Inc., is one of the 4 exclusive Information Technology Consulting Firms that provide consulting services to the State of Connecticut.  This position is working for Hallmark on assignment to our client in Hartford, CT.

 

We are seeking to hire a BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST with knowledge of the development of Access 2000 and VB6 applications. This Business Systems Analyst will act as the project coordinator, business and technical analyst responsible for coordinating the design, development, programming and implementation of numerous information systems projects at our client.

 

As we help our client evolve into the Web/Sql Server arena we need a business/technical analyst who can understand the business and technical functions of these systems to document the requirements needed to develop them.  Someone with good business sense and a good technical background.

 

 

This position requires good written communication skills, problem solving skills, technical problem solving skills, analytical skills, and the ability to write manuals, reports, and documentation.  You must have the ability to produce process flow diagrams, data flow diagrams, screen flow diagrams, and general database designs.

 

This is a W-2 consulting position that is expected to last 6 months or more.
