C# ASP.NET Developer

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft  ASP.NET C# developer with E-commerce experience. We need someone who can be part of a dynamic team environment where your problem solving skills will be put to the test on a daily basis!  Our development team needs your help to design and build rich web applications and .NET solutions that will help grow our business.If you want to work on new projects with the latest MS tools, this is the organization for you!

 

Most of our applications are built using Visual Studio 2008 and we use Team Foundation Server 2008 for testing and source control. VisualGov builds software solutions for State and Local Governments across the United States.



The solutions you would be working on require the following skills: Designing and building web applications using ASP.NET, C# and SQL Server 2005 Web services and MSMQ Building SQL stored procedures Building or using custom .NET controls Web and HTML design for user interfaces Working with other development teams to design and implement solutions that cross system boundaries Maintaining and enhancing existing systems Interfacing with Payment gateways for transactions using, NET Api’s and web services. Windows Workflow Foundation is used for most backend transactions.

 

The ideal candidate will have: Passion for learning new technologies 3 plus years of SQL server development 3 plus years of C# ASP.NET design and development Understands OOP and can work with Interfaces & Reusable code. 3 plus years of working with XML and XSLT 3 plus years of working with HTML, CSS, and designing web UIs 1 plus years of experience developing Windows Workflow Foundation
