 Description:

As a C# ASP.Net Software Architect in the Market America Research and Development team, you will develop a multitude of various software products and service software as determined by the research and development committee to be used in-house, by our partner companies, distributors and their clients. Software will delivered frequently in a Software as a Service environment. This position provides the opportunity to work with talented people and cutting-edge technology in a pleasant environment.Responsibilities:

Engineers the support and maintenance of large-scale production networks and systems, including the design and development of tools and scripts to assist with such maintenance.Implement quality modeling and analytics software Innovate and enhance our scientific software platform Use and enhance stream processing and data technologies with very large data sets Work with QA to review test plans and ensure high quality Lead projects and coordinate with other teams Required Education:BS in Computer Science/Math/Statistics or equivalent experience Certifications a PlusRequired Development Skills:3+ years with C# ASP.Net development and design skills 3+ years TransactSQL, MS SQL Server database experience2+ years component/dll development and design skills2+ years experience developing software in a team environment Experience working with the .Net Framework 2.0 to 3.5Experience working with 3rd party controls Experience in .Net validations and TracingExperience in multi-threading and web servicesExperience with data-intensive applications Strong AJAX/Javascript/DOM/XML/XSLT experience Knowledge of web standards, such as HTML, XHTML, CSS, and DHTML/JavascriptUnderstanding of Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)Experience with IIS 5 / 6Required Working Skills:Strong ability to estimate and prioritize tasksAble to take on lead and mentoring roles Excellent verbal and written communication skills Works well with others in a collaborative team environmentExcellent self-motivated problem solver and innovator Participate in Development Planning: Contribute to the design and architectureParticipate in internet software development Help define standards and best practices
