C/C++/UNIX Developers

Team members work every phase of development from requirements and design to production roll-out and test. QualificationsBS in Computer Science, Engineering or Related Field 5+ years hands-on C/C++ Development Experience (or equivalent expertise) Experience with high-performance Unix programming Solid Understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Object-Oriented design Working knowledge of systems programming (e.g. threads, sockets) Working knowledge of unit testing and usage of version control systems Working knowledge of Relational Database Technologies (RDBMS) Working knowledge of Financial Markets a plus Experience with FIX Protocol a plus Experience with network protocols ( TCP/IP a plus) Ability to eventually coach/ mentor team members Effective verbal and written communication skills
