C#.NET SR DEVELOPER/LEAD - Agile Environment

SolTech is searching for a talented Sr/Tech Lead to work in an Agile Environment. Responsibilities include team planning, design leadership, and mentoring jr members. Development work is highly regarded and is the engine driving the company. True high tech work in the Buckhead area. The successful candidate will be a 'generalizing specialist' with expertise in database development/design, data modeling, web apps, windows apps and server design.


Required Skills:

8 years overall development experience (Agile/Scrum Environment)
4+ years c#; 4+ years java or c++
4+ years javascript; 4+ years asp.net
4+ years SQL Server experience with data modeling, stored procedures and database design
Experience in multi-threaded application and server design
Experience with performance analysis and tuning
4 Year Degree

Non-Tech Skills:
Great communication skills; consultant mindset; business solutions oriented
