C#/VB.NET/ASP.NET/VB Developer





Roles and Responsibilities: * This position designs, analyzes, develops, codes, tests, debugs and documents programming to satisfy business requirements for large, complex projects. * The position will be responsible for both new development and in the conversion of legacy code to a new .Net Framework. * Candidates must have experience in various application development languages/tool sets including: VB .NET or C#.NET and ASP.Net. Must be familiar and comfortable with developing in a large corporate IT environment requiring a formalized development process, documentation, unit testing, and release management. * Apply Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) techniques and implementation using Design Patterns Required Skill Set: * 2+ years experience using Microsoft SQL Server (2000 / 2005). This should include writing stored procedures designing tables, etc. (not DBA type) * Applying object oriented design techniques, including design patterns * Experience in building international applications using .NET * Good grasp of Object Oriented concepts, techniques and patterns * Participation in full development life cycle of product/application development. * Good UI development skills * Knowledge of client side Web technologies including HTML, CSS, Javascript, XML, XSL and XPATH. * Ability to work on multiple concurrent projects * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Must be a team player with good people skills * Ability to interface with all levels within the organization *   Proficient with Visio and MS Office products * Strong knowledge on Ajax,Ajax extensions *   Strong knowledge on threading concepts.
