Maintain CA suite of management R11 software including, but not limited to NSM, SLA, Service Desk, CA Portal, Dashboard, CI inventory, Service Catalog, UAM, Spectrum and EHealth.
Maintain MOM management software for database and AD monitoring.
Maintain integration points between monitoring products including Unicenter and MOM to 3rd party monitoring software.
Maintain integrity of Monitoring reports
Provide User support for all Monitoring issues
Provide and maintain User access and rights to monitoring products
Install Monitoring client agents on devices for monitoring and construct config sets for the client devices for custom monitoring
Maintain agent integrity on all monitored devices
Responsible for migrations, upgrades for monitoring tools
Responsible for development and testing of custom reports for business and custom parts for the monitoring tools.
Responsible for the integration of tools into the production environment
Will need to create and/or run reports for the business
Be able to work with server owners to properly monitor servers
Responsible for completing all Monitoring Team change orders.
Responsible with maintain the monitoring change order queue and provides time lines to the servers owners for completion or requests.
Maintain a Monitoring Team project which outlines all requests with detailed timelines including workflows
Responsible for on/off hours support of the monitoring infrastructure. Travel required: none Telecommute: no
