CCTV Technician for Intelligent Video Solutions - Technical Support Specialist

Looking for experienced security technicians to take an exciting technical support role in the ground breaking area of video analytics.  The basic function of this position is to provide on-site and remote technical support for customers, systems integrators and field sales persons. This position reports to the Manager of Technical Support and you will work from our wonderful centrally located McLean, VA HQ - right near Tyson's Corner.  This is a growth position in an expanding company. If you have experience in CCTV cameras, Digital Video Recorders (DVRs), Network Video Recorders (NVRs) and networks and have the ability to explain technical concepts to installers over the phone and in person, then we can train you to support our Dealers and salespeople. Experience with equipment from American Dynamics, Dedicated Micros, Pelco, DVTel, Hirsch, Software House, Lenel, Cisco, Axis, Sony and other industry leaders is a plus for this position.
