CEM Web Analytics & Reporting Analyst Req#20231  Electronic ArtsRedwood City, CA CEM Web Analytics & Reporting Analyst ResponsibilitiesThis position will communicate and present information to executives, managers, web design team, and product teams. In addition, the daily, weekly, and monthly functions also include creating, distributing, and presenting comprehensive business intelligence reports.• Improve speed, accuracy and distribution of online performance tracking and reporting (Website Tracking, Registration, Communication Subscriptions)• Develop, manage, and distribute CRM related reports, as well as manage ad hoc requests from internal constituents (Commerce, Product Mktg., Studio)• Interface with Engineering resources and drive reporting enhancements and implementations• Perform ad hoc web analyses that support and drive business goals and objectives• Assist in the development of web analytics strategy and drive aligned projects to fruition • Gather and document metrics and reporting requirements for new sites and site enhancements• Apply web analytics governance principles within the CEM team as well as other support teams (The Sims2, Customer Support, etc.) • Proactively recommend and drive ongoing enhancements to existing data collection and reporting systems:  Websites, Registration, Communication Subscriptions, etc.• Support Customer Insight and Analysis Manager Qualifications  Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Finance, Economics or related field 1-3 years of professional experience in an analytically-based role 2+ years experience data-tracking and analyzing Internet activities Experience using Omniture and/or similar tools Familiarity with Relationship Marketing, Direct Marketing concepts and business practices Experience with HTML, Flash and other web development languages/applications Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Strong analytical skills Ability to present complex data in writing and verbally to marketing teams Proven track-record of delivering complete, accurate and detailed results in a fast-paced Marketing Analysis environment Demonstrated ability to exceed internal and external customer expectations Excellent presentational and verbal/written communication skills Ability to manage and prioritize time and projectsTo apply to this position, please click on the link below: http://jobs.ea.com/pljb/ElectronicArts/United_States/applicant/jobClick.jsp?count=1&id=7393
