CLAIMS OPERATIONS ANALYST






The Claims Operations Analyst will act as the department's technical resource for software enhancements and upgrades, and will create and maintain specialized reports for internal and external customers. This role is also the primary department liaison to the IT department and will troubleshoot software/hardware problems. The ideal candidate should have Oasis or ImageRight system experience and Business Objects reporting experience.  A Bachelor degree is preferred, as well as strong analytical and problem solving skills.  Help desk and report development software experience is preferred.
