Job Description:

CMPMedica’s CME (Continuing Medical Education) Group ( http://www.cmellc.com), has an immediate opening for a Web Producer in our Darien, CT office.  This person is responsible for the user-facing aspects of the Learning and Content Management Systems.  The Web Producer will work with the business and editorial sides to understand the needs of a particular project and is responsible for coordinating with the graphics resources to execute the production aspects that provide the bulk of a user’s experience.

 

Responsibilities:

· Work closely with Editors and Business-side managers to understand the goals of a project

· Drive the production of online properties

· Advise designer/art director in creating web-friendly designs that meet the goals of a project

· Write documented and well commented html code to implement design

· Setting up online learning initiatives

 

Qualifications:

· 3-5 years online production experience in a corporate or agency environment

· Familiarity with the tools and protocols used for publishing content electronically, including: HTML, JavaScript and Photoshop

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office

· Demonstrable understanding of forms

· Experience with Homesite or equivalent

· Excellent production, organizational and communication skills

· Team player who can manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a high pressure work environment

· Ability to work independently

· LMS/CMS experience a plus
