CNO Analyst/Programmer

Applicants must have an active TS SCI with Full Scope Polygraph.  All others will NOT be considered. Designs, develops, implements, and maintains complex business, accounting, and management information systems.  Works on complex assignments.  Works with users to define existing or new system scope and objectives.  Performs modifications to and maintenance of operational programs and procedures.  Directs users in the operation of the application.  Provides guidance to and may supervise less experienced programmer/analyst.  Bachelor degree in computer science, management information systems, or related field, or equivalent experience and seven to nine years of related experience are required.
