We are currently looking for a COOL:Gen Developer for our client in the Milwaukee area. This position is a contract to hire or direct hire with the following skills and responsibilities:
Responsibilities include: Developing a phase or phases of the System Development Life Cycle for assigned projects. Communicates the status of the project with fellow team members & stakeholders. Will coordinate, and assists team members with assigned tasks to achieve timely and efficient project completion. Perform coding for system and process requirements specific to user needs. Will analyze and review of existing system problems. Accepts input from others and makes recommendations for improvements. Will be involved on system designs including hardware, software, and process requirements. Conducts software integration and interface development
We require a Bachelors degree in MIS or equivalent and at least 8 years of relevant work experience. We prefer strong knowledge of Microsoft applications, Windows OS (95, 98, W2k, XP), database and mainframe software is required Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with all levels of the organization. Knowledge of purchasing, accounting, and warehousing applications is a plus. Prefer working knowledge of Advantage Gen (Cool Gen) (All Gen) software with GUI application development experience.
Must be a Green Card or US Citizen.
