Job Description
We are actively looking for an experienced CRM Functional-Technical CONSULTANT to join our rapidly growing team.
MIG is a dynamic organization and therefore seeking individuals looking to broaden their knowledge and industry expertise.
This is a direct hire.



 

Duties

Analyze business requirements. 
Implement and configure CRM. 
Train users.  
Help with data migration.
Assist with integration and interfaces. 
Assist with modifications.
Support go-live operations. 
Create reports.
Post-implementation support.

 

Requirements

-Experience with Installing and configuring MS Dynamics CRM (otherwise: Siebel, SalesLogix, SalesForce, Onyx, ACCPAC CRM, SAGE CRM, background)
-Experience with training users
-Experience with modifications: iFrame, JScript..

-Strong knowledge of Web Services architecture

-Strong knowledge of SQL, Exchange, IIS, .NET  

-Knowledge of SRS SQL Reporting Services
-Must have done at least half a dozen CRM installations
-Knowledge of third party products and ISV's: C360, Scribe
-Experience: minimum 3 years
-Consulting background preferred

-CRM Certifications preferred
