CRM/Lead Generation Manager
Due to rapid expansion, Workforce Software is adding multiple positions, including a CRM/Lead Generation Manager. We are headquartered in Livonia, MI. However, this position can be based from a home office anywhere in the U.S. Workforce Software develops and implements web-based, enterprise application software for workforce management, which includes time & attendance, employee self-service and scheduling. Our system is used by larger organizations and is one of the industry-leading workforce management solutions. Job Purpose:Help build our sales pipeline by creating and qualifying leads gathered through tradeshows, lists and other marketing activities. Manage Salesforce.com CRM system, help define and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, and manage a variety of marketing projects.Duties: Manage the Salesforce.com database that supports our sales and marketing efforts. Manage automated campaign management and website analysis systems. Manage the marketing database and maintain the ongoing data review process for data extraction, loading, error detection and overall integrity. Select and implement any applicable technology that relates to the support of the marketing efforts for commercial business. Help marketing team to develop communications to target audiences via the following channels direct mail, email, print, events, and other media. Develop targeted data segmentation to build campaigns with sound measurement to monitor and report effectiveness leading to sales results, optimized campaign scheduling and deeper customer relationships. Oversee the development and administration of Salesforce.com CRM system which includes campaign set-ups, merge purge, list selection and configuration, data extraction and the import of vendor/campaign information. Collaborate with executive management and cross functional business departments to build analysis and reporting by way of data mining. Prepare specific analytical deliverables such as reports and graphs utilizing database software tools.
