Job Skills/Requirements
Prosoft is currently looking for a highly skilled, talented, and experienced HTML/CSS Front End Developer for a contract position with strong possibility of contract to hire with a great, innovative team here in Louisville, KY.

Degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or related area
3+ years of HTML, CSS, and cross-browser development experience
Advanced knowledge of multiple-device development
Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop CS3
Knowledge of current trends and best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A creative and resourceful problem-solver
Must be self-sufficient with understanding of coding/UI best practices
AJAX knowledge is a plus

Candidates must be able to demonstrate a high level of expertise in CSS page layout, cross-browser development, and multiple device development.

Candidates will be expected to adhere to company's corporate brand and web standards, as well as follow established team processes to deliver on-brand, on-strategy solutions to stakeholders from Business, Marketing, and IT.

Each candidate is also expected to be a clear, articulate communicator, with a proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multiple project environment where priorities can change at short notice. As a natural team player, you will work closely with other Marketing team members including: project managers, interface designers, usability specialists, search engine marketing specialists, and content management specialists to meet these market-driven deadlines.

To be considered for this position you must have at least 3 years of professional experience in HTML, CSS, and cross-browser development.
