CUSTOMER MARKETING MANAGER The Customer Marketing Manager serves as the key marketing interface between Electronic Arts (EA) and Game Stop. This person must be able to effectively gain the confidence of Game Stop as well as the internal EA partners to and also be able to manage the development of strategies and statistics. Required Experience:- 3 to 5 year working in Sales, Retail Marketing, Customer Marketing, or Promotions.- Experience working with retail in the marketing of consumer packaged goods or entertainment software. Duties & Responsibilities:- In partnership with the Game Stop Team and the EA trade marketing team, develop account-specific launch plans/strategies and key branding initiatives.- Interact with the customers in order to identify opportunities to drive incremental sales through integrated merchandising programs, including: ads, displays, end caps, signage, etc.- Work with Retail Marketing to facilitate the creation of retail solutions that are aligned with key strategies of the Product Marketing plans.- Direct and execute programs including budget tracking, timelines, and managing the team to help achieve established objectives.- Provide Vision and customer insights for the EA consumer and overall videogame category.Other Requirements:- Strong communication skills (verbal & writing)- Ability to present information clearly and confidently- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities- MS Office Suite experience- Project Management for promotions/marketing/creative ideasEducation:- Bachelor's degree in business (or related field)To apply to this position, please click on the link below: http://jobs.ea.com/pljb/ElectronicArts/United_States/applicant/jobClick.jsp?count=1&id=7487
