Call Center - Accounting Software

Application Specialist - Entry Level

 

Position will focus on supporting our customers in a call center environment on our Logos ERP software applications.  We are targeting the following combination of skills:  Accounting / Finance Degree, OR  Computer Science degree plus exposure to Accounting software/principles.  Ideal experience includes: 1+ years work experience in Accounting or Finance, exposure to .NET and Basic SQL Server, and experience in a help desk or call center environment.Entry Level, recent college graduates will also be considered.  Must have good Customer Service skills, excellent follow-up and close attention to detail.  The ability to do 25% national travel is required. Position is full-time with competitive benefits.
