Cardiology PACS Project Manager

We have multiple openings for Cardiology PACS Project Managers!

These positions can be located nationwide with travel ranging from 50% for some vendor clients, up to 90% for some of the consulting firm clients. Salaries range from $85k to 110k depending upon experience and position.

Full Description:Position will work out of a home office location.Excellent salary and company benefits!Responsible for driving successful integration of the Cardiology and Radiology PACS products.This position requires interaction with sales, technical support, field service, the end user, outside vendors and all other service and administrative groups within vendor involved in the order through remittance process.Must develop relationships and communication channels to ensure status feedback and cooperation with shareholders.Ensures that all phases are performed professionally from start to finish guaranteeing complete customer satisfaction.Responsible for resource allocation to successfully meet project workloads.Salary range: $85k to $110k depending upon experience.


Requirements:Ideal candidate will have atleast 3 years of Cardiology PACS Implementation experience.Project Management with a leading PACS or RIS vendor or consulting firm.Take ownership and coordinate all aspects of the installation process from the quotation state to system acceptance by the customer.Assure technical accuracy of the order, validate system configuration.Creation, dissemination, updating of site documentation including implementation plans, site drawings, system diagram, equipment configuration and location, schedules, test and acceptance documents, etc.Coordination and communication throughout the project integration to all project players for vendor and customer.Clear roles and responsibilities defined to all players and stakeholders.Maintain close contact with customers, contractors, and sales representatives throughout the life of the project including; assure that site complies with company specified power, heat, dimension, and network requirements, schedule and monitor all sub-contract requirements associated with installation.Maintain close contact with customer, contractors, and sales to identify possible construction delays.Monitor site to assure site readiness, vendor delivery dates, and installation progress.Maintain close contact with order processing and manufacturing for order accuracy and to inform them of any changes in site status that may affect delivery.Document and drive installation issues and problems to closure.Escalate and be an advocate for customer support, issues and problems.Support Manager in the development of project management tools and the development of best practices and processes.Develop relationships and ensure cross-functional cooperation with Sales, Marketing, Field Engineering, and Development Engineering.
