Job Purpose:


Work in highly complex business environments with multiple Pega engagements, ability to deal with cross-functional politics, accountable for successful CoE implementations and customer realization of business benefits for targeted global accounts. Must be able to sell and market in the role to drive customers from a BPM Maturity Model of 2 to 5. Responsibilities include all Business Development activities that lead up to and through the implementation of a CoE. Actively contribute to the success of the CoE by providing mentoring, coaching and knowledge of PRPC to the end clients.

Key Result Areas:Structure CoE implementation approach for new opportunities, own and manage the business development cycle to include but not limited to presentations, marketing materials/collateral, engagement model and pipeline development and management. Drive CoE implementations including client progress, training initiatives, Best Practices implementation, Reuse plans, Roles & responsibilities, and the BPM governance process. Participate in new account pursuit activities with the sales force including COE conceptualization, implementation sizing, statements of works and managing work orders through to client signature process. Must be able to work at a “Program” level, ability to lead client through the progression of multiple “projects” to tie all projects together under the overarching umbrella of the CoE. Manage CoE program financials and responsibilities for revenue and margin attainment along with with positioning, selling and implementing the expert resources to build client CoE’s. Initial and ongoing development of infrastructure to support the CoE model, to include but not limited to; Thought Leadership, Re-use strategies, Best Practices, Enterprise Class Structure model etc.
Time Allocation:Delivery: 75% Business Development/Initial Development of CoE Infrastructure: 15% Account Hygiene / Administrative Tasks: 10% Customer Success (realization of business benefit) Quality Delivery (implementation of radiating CoE’s) Utilization of 75% Employee Development Account Growth (measured in license sales) Other responsibilities and key results areas will be assigned as required.

Education and Experience Requirements:BA / BS – Technical Degree MBA or equivalent PMP Certification preferred 10+ years experience in professional services project management roles. PRPC Certification (within 6 months of joining Pega) More than 75% travel
