Channel Marketing Manager: *Software Industry or Similar Industry Experience a Must*, Great New Role

Well Established NJ Based Software and Services Firm seeks a Proven SW Industry Channel Marketing Manager.

New and Exciting Projects, Newly Created Role with Tremendous Growth Potential.

Position Responsibilities:Design and implement channel marketing strategies, sales promotions, preferred reseller programs, and assist in the development of collateral materials and packaging. Negotiate terms of relationships/contracts and Build relationships with distributors, corporate resellers and VARs.Design channel marketing programs for Customer Relationship Management Partner Program, Partner Training Program, and Partner Recruitment Program Market Research and Strategic planning including new and existing product development, analyzing market trends, pricing, competitors sales, forecasts, sales and marketing programs. Product management including the development new product sales forecasts, marketing programs, product naming, packaging, and product positioning. Heavy Communication with channel partners and VAR's including but not limited to: Meeting with channel partners to learn their goals/needs/problems, working with channel partners on joint press releases, research and author testimonials and success stories, Contact and attract partners and potential partners and VAR's through email marketing programs, surveys and other methods.Trade Show Experience from a Channel Marketing Standpoint.Must be willing to travel as needed.

Pluses:Experience managing partners web portals and content Experience managing reseller/VAR seminars and training programs

Master's Degree Preferred.
