Our customers rely on NAVTEQ digital map information for use in their applications based on its accuracy, detail and completeness.  We are currently looking for a Channel Marketing Specialist – 10136 in Chicago, IL. Summary: The Channel Marketing Specialist is a part of channel marketing team in N. America Vehicle Sales.  This person will be responsible for development and execution of marketing programs working with channel marketing team and Account Executives. Responsibilities: Execute dealer map update marketing programs, which are series of marketing activities targeted to support automotive dealers to sell map updates.  This person will be responsible for all aspect of program execution including development of dealer marketing materials working with Corporate Marketing and management of distribution and communication of marketing programs by working with customers. Execute direct to consumer marketing programs, which are series of marketing activities directly targeted to consumers.  Marketing activities include direct mail campaigns, eblast, magazine articles, advertisement, web banner ad.  This person will work with other members of channel marketing team on all aspect of program execution including creative development and logistics management. Manage contents of map update store websites.  This person will work with other members of the Vehicle Sales team to ensure that the contents of map update store websites reflect the most accurate information.  The content of websites include product description as well as information about map update promotions. Analyze results of marketing programs including the sales, the cost per sales and consumer behavior data. Participate in development of marketing programs and account plans.  Support Account Executives with the sales of marketing programs to customers.Requirements:  Bachelor’s degree required (marketing or business) Minimum 3 years experience working in sales and marketing support role.
