Chief Financial Officer

Software Technology, Inc., a leading provider of education data management solutions to the K-12 market, is seeking a Chief Financial Officer in our Mobile, AL office.

Job Responsibilities:Budgeting, cash flow management and analysisPreparation of monthly financial reporting packagesManage the month, quarter and year end close processPrepare monthly internal financial reports for senior managementPreparation and presentation of financial packages to Board and shareholdersManage and coordinate year-end financial audit and assist in the preparation of annual tax returnsManage relationships with bank, investors, and auditorsOversee human resourcesManage accounting team of three employees

Qualifications:BS in Accounting; CPA required7+ years in accounting and financial reporting, experience in the technology industry preferredStrong financial acumen, proficiency in GAAP, accounting practices and procedures, specifically software revenue recognitionProficiency with Microsoft ExcelAbility to communicate effectively
