Currently, we are looking for a Citrix Administator for a contract to hire position in Baltimore, MD.Citrix AdministratorRequired Skills: Enterprise administration of a Citrix MetaFrame 4.0/4.5 Farm, Strong Communication and Troubleshooting Skills. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of Citrix 4.0/4.5 Architecture, Citrix Application Installation and Support, Citrix Access Gateway, Citrix EdgeSight, RSA Administration and Token deployment.Special project/assignment requirements: Individuals are expected to understand Citrix MetaFrame 4.0/4.5 enterprise architecture and functionality including (but not limited to), installation manager, load balancing, application siloing, and application publishing delivered by a Citrix Web Client and the Citrix Program Neighborhood Agent. Both oral and written communications skills are important to develop application and trouble shooting documentation and with interacting with customers on a daily basis.Individuals should report prepared to overcome operational issues, demonstrate installation of applications into an existing Citrix 4.0 Farm and provide 1st and 2nd level technical support for trouble calls received from our Support Center.Some overtime may be required.
