Currently, we are looking for a candidate for Citrix Support for a contract to hire position in Baltimore, MD.Citrix SupportRequired Skills: Enterprise administration of a server MetaFrame 4.0 Farm, Strong Communication and Troubleshooting Skills.Preferred Skills: Knowledge of Citrix 4.0 Architecture, Citrix Application Installation and Support, RSA Administration and Token deployment.Experience Level : Jr. Special project/assignment requirements: Individuals are expected to understand Citrix MetaFrame 4.0 enterprise architecture and functionality including installation manager, load balancing, application siloing, and application publishing delivered through a Citrix Web Client and the Citrix Program Neighborhood Agent. Both oral and written communications skills are important to develop application and troubleshooting documentation, and interacting with customers on a daily basis.Individuals should report prepared to overcome operational issues, demonstrate installation of applications into Citrix, and provide 1st and 2nd level technical support for trouble calls. The individual will also be responsible for provisioning and distributing RSA tokens for new users, along with token replacements for existing users. This person will reside with the Remote Access Team and deal with all general operational issues. This is NOT an engineering position.Some overtime may be required.
